The Bobby Balaclava!
The Bobby Balaclava is meant to be a relaxed fit, one-size-fits-most/all balaclava, with two pattern piece options to choose from for the mouth covering depending on your style/fit preference that can be pulled down to expose the mouth, and an elastic cord with lock to cinch the hood opening for extra cozy warmth in chillier weather.
The balaclava fits up to ~26" face circumference & the neck fits up to ~23.5", with some extra wiggle room because fleece stretches.
All you need is:
- A relatively small piece of fleece fabric (roughly 29.5" x 33")
- Some round cord elastic (roughly 34"-35" long)
- An adjustable cord lock of your choosing
- Optional: a small piece of fold over elastic for the fitted mouth covering, about 6.5"-6.75" and .5" wide (or you can use whatever width you have on hand!)
- And an hour of time! It’s really that quick!

Your purchase will include the pattern sewing instructions which include visual illustrations, printing/assembling instructions, and the sewing pattern pieces for at home printing on US letter or A4 paper.
